We are looking for an Accounting Manager who is responsible for managing the accounting department by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production; productivity, quality and customer service services; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.  Also responsible for establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, reporting financial information and managing staff.


  • Audit the work of the Accounting Department.
  • Engage in critical and confidential aspects of Accounting.
  • Responsible for the development of policies, systems, special financial studies of major      importance.
  • Advise Management on matters of fiscal procedure and importance for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization.
  • Works with confidential data.
  • Maintains Accounting controls.
  • Define Accounting policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have at least 3 years of working experience in the payments processing/financial services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 7 years of progressive Accounting experience
  • Must have excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Must have strong organization and management skills
  • Must have working knowledge of Forte products and services
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence others to achieve results
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be adaptable to change
  • Must have a strong customer focus and business acumen
  • Must have strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and client contacts
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must possess the ability to research and resolve customer’s issues in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Must be able to prioritize and make quick decisions
