We are looking for a Support Services Project Coordinator who will be responsible for providing assistance to the Support Services Department for tasks related to internal and external projects.  Assist with project management related to company and department related initiatives for successful project roll out.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: 

  • Assist with the development of tools and best practices for project management and execution
  • Work with the Support Services Leadership team and other stakeholders to provide administrative support for projects
  • Project Scoping and Support Requirements
    • Provide insight into the overall impact to support services and their external customers.
    • Assist with outlining project resource and timing of project initiatives
    • Assist with conducting project related research and resource gathering
  • Project Coordination and Reporting
    • Provide regular reporting on status of requests – including initial request dates, history of request, latest updates, and milestones
    • Identify and communicate project issues, delays, conflicts and/or other project associated dependencies
    • Manage all project launch dates and deadlines for Support Services teams
    • Follow up and coordinate with Support Services stakeholders to ensure task are completed by desired dates
    • Assist with project assignment, prioritization
  • Project Execution
    • Assist with project roll out for internal and external projects including UAT, internal training, customer beta testing and live implementation
    • Assist with completing administrative tasks associated to project
  • Knowledge Building
    • Gain full understanding of Support Services Department and other closely aligned department
    • Gain understanding of Forte’s products, services and solutions and how they relate to Support Services and Forte customers
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through communicating project feedback related to lessons learned, revisions, and other related outcomes
  • Create, update and maintain active projects on a project board that is accessible to Support Services stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in payment processing industry a plus
  • Must have previous project and/or team leadership experience
  • Must possess great organizational skills and ability to self-manage
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must have experience working with both internal and external customers
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Must be responsible and reliable
  • Must have ability to work effectively under stressful working conditions
  • Must be able to work well independently or in a team environment
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced, evolving environment with the ability to meet condensed deadlines
  • Must have exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills
