We are looking for a Strategic Partner Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying and creating relationships with integrated third party companies, banks, resellers and large clients to increase our footprint in processing payments.  These companies may integrate with us directly and resell our services and/or they may refer clients to our processing platform.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. 

  • Responsible for generating leads and closing sales in the integrated partnership vertical.  Some partnerships may result in reseller relationships as well.
  • Build and maintain a working pipeline of prospective integrated partners and large clients.
  • Entering all leads into Salesforce and using Salesforce to its fullest extent.
  • Assist with forecasting revenue opportunities.
  • Responsible for sustaining and renewing client contacts.
  • Develop effective pricing models for these relationships and assist our partners and resellers with the development of successful pricing models.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities.
  • Research competitors and maintain the product development that is required to compete in this environment.
  • Coordinate with the partner support staff when a client requires customization of their setup.
  • Prepare and present Forte products when required.
  • Attend tradeshows and/or conferences. This will require travel.
  • Manage your time effectively to be successful.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the products that we offer and provide feedback for additional products that are required for your continued success in selling.
  • Communicate effectively with your manager.  This includes when taking time off for personal, sick, vacation, etc.  It also includes communicating when problems are not resolved for your clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the development of the support required to maintain these partnerships.
  • Manage leads and opportunities effectively in salesforce.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have 5 years’ experience in a Sales Executive/support role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred.
  • Must have familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. 
  • Must have commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Must have ability to work effectively under stressful working conditions.
  • Must be able to work well independently or in a team environment.
  • Must have ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy work environment.
  • Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a clear, concise and understandable manner both verbally and in writing.
