We are looking for a Lead Specialist II who will be responsible for supporting the strategic and government sales teams in their daily initiatives to increase sales productivity.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Forte’s products and obtain potential leads for the sales reps
  • Perform follow up telephone calls with potential leads to set up a demo with the lead and the sales rep
  • Coordinate with the sales rep and marketing to develop pre- and post-conference emails campaigns
  • Enter and log contact with leads in Forte’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool, Salesforce
  • Provide assistance to the sales rep logging incoming calls/emails as needed
  • Create and maintain a process for the follow up for cold leads.
  • Capture and share information researched in the marketplace about Forte’s competitors to assist with sales efforts
  • Reach out to on average, 1000 leads per month
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have ability to learn systems quickly.

  • Must be organized, responsible and reliable.
  • Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Payment processing experience is preferred, but not a requirement
  • Previous trade show experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
  • Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers in a clear, concise and understandable manner both verbally and in writing.
