We are looking for a Processor who will be responsible for performing an initial review of the application and documents received based on Tiered Underwriting Guidelines and sample application to ensure all the required information was submitted.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. 

  • Review various applications to ensure fields are complete.
  • Pull verifications based on the Underwriting Processor Checklist.
  • Ensure the underwriting package is complete.
  • Follow-up with the merchant/ISO/partner regarding pending application status.
  • Must keep clear, accurate, up-to-date notes both in Applicant Tracker and Filebound to ensure smooth transition to the Underwriter.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience in a clerical position.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
